Brooke has been a lifelong Western NC resident and recently moved from Hendersonville to the Brevard area to benefit from the tranquil environment and natural beauty of the mountains.  She has completed the NAR Green Designation and is working on Environmental Consultant-ECO designation.  Brooke is thoroughly looking forward to utilizing her successful sales experience along with her passion for helping others and the environment to assist people in buying and selling homes!

Getting Involved! Brooke is becoming actively involved with the community to make a greater understanding of the Green Philosophy and how it can benefit each and every person in our area.  She recently represented the Western North Carolina Green Building Council (WNCGBC) at the White Squirrel Festival and is currently in  the process of starting a Green Commitee at the BOR with Amy Davis who is the Executive Director at the Brevard Board of REALTORS OFFICE 828.884.7020 CELL 828.231.8179 E-MAIL BrookeDavenport@msn.com

During her spare time, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, trail running, mountain biking, yoga, camping, tennis and snowboarding. She also enjoys spending time with her four dogs; a Chihuahua/Jack Russell named Marley, her two Chocolate Labradors; Buck & Bear and her recently rescued pit-bull mix, Bud.
